Echoes receives grant from Tennessee Department of Health

Echoes received a grant from Tennessee Department of Health to purchase removable barriers for Scott and Campbell counties. The removable bollards will replace the concrete block placed in 2025 and will enable access for maintenance, cleaning, and security. The concrete block will be repurposed further south along the corridor.
